Situated where the mountains meet the sea, Minffordd provides accommodation which is ideal for exploring this beautiful and peaceful part of Snowdonia. The area is a perfect location for numerous outdoor activities such as walking, biking, climbing, bird watching, horse riding and much more.

Minffordd is located in the beautiful Dysynni Valley at the south of the Snowdonia National Park, in the village of Llanegryn near to the seaside town of Tywyn, in the county of Gwynedd. We are just a short distance from some of the most beautiful beaches, bays and coastline in mid/north Wales including the old fishing village of Aberdovey.

Close by, you will also find a ruined castle, woods, waterfalls, rock pools, sea and river fishing, and lovely walks, randing from easy strolls to more challenging expeditions. Aberdovey offers an excellent golf course for enthusiasts. Tywyn is a small town with a cinema, leisure centre (with fitness suite), pool and the famous Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Railway. Lots to see and do!

This is the place for a really peaceful and relaxing holiday! Set in a small village with spectacular views of Cader Idris and Bird Rock, famous for its nesting Cormorants. Throughout the seasons, the views are constantly changing in this area of Snowdonia, from the snow-capped mountains in the winter, lambs in the spring, and beautiful lush green pastures of summer. At any time of the year, Minffordd offers a secluded and beautiful setting for quiet relaxation or an ideal base for exploring the surrounding mountain and coastal attractions for Snowdonia National Park.
